We are looking for an IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow) Specialist!

Profile & Mission: We are looking for an experienced and certified IBM BAW Consultant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of business process automation solutions using the IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in the area and a strong knowledge of process automation best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient solutions within the IBM BAW platform.
• Design, develop and implement workflows and business process automation applications.
• Configure and optimize IBM BAW components, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Integrating IBM BAW solutions with other business applications and legacy systems.
• Carry out functional and performance tests, ensuring the quality of deliveries.
• Providing technical support and training for users and internal teams.
• Creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation for the solutions developed.
• Working in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to improve business processes through automation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in business process automation projects with IBM BAW.
• IBM Business Automation Workflow certification.
• Experience in BPMN modeling and development of workflow solutions.
• Knowledge of integration with external systems via APIs and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with Java
  Script, Java and SQL.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with other IBM Automation tools (ODM, RPA, File
  Net, etc. ) Plus.
• Knowledge of Dev
  Ops, CI/CD and automated deployment practices Plus.
• Experience in cloud environments (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure) Plus.
• Good level of English.
