How Will You Make an Impact?

1. Operational responsibility for IAM services at Richemont across the EMEA region.
2. Liaise with IT teams and consumers to ensure user satisfaction.
3. Implement process and tool rollouts, keeping IT teams involved.
4. Provide knowledge transfer to IT teams and application owners.
5. Support timeline and content of enrichment releases with IT teams.
6. Support Engineers/Architects in setup implementations of Proof of Concept.
7. Implement SSO/LDAP or Azure Active Directory applications (and associated permissions).
8. Monitor Richemont’s core IAM activities (provisioning or deprovisioning process execution).

How Will You Experience Success With Us?

As an IAM Operations Analyst, you will work mostly with Microsoft standard tools and technologies. Richemont group utilizes multiple platforms and technologies, providing a good potential to learn and expand your knowledge. Some of the tools include, but are not limited to:

1. Azure Active Directory.
2. Azure AD Authentication services.
3. OAuth / SAML / Open
   ID Connect.
4. Enterprise scale Active Directory environment.
5. Active Directory (replication, authentication, DNS) / AAD connect / Azure AD, Windows Servers, PKI.
6. Azure AD conditional access policies, MFA, SSPR, Azure Information Protection.
7. Database – SQL query.
8. Service
   Now Incident management.
9. Saviynt user and groups management / lifecycle.

Soft Skills You Should Have for the Role:

1. General understanding of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) areas, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle.
2. Excellent analytical /
   - solving skills.
3. Scripting – Power
   Shell.

A Plus If You Have These Skills:

1. Cyberark PAM.
2. SAVIYNT.
3. AWS / GCP / Alibaba.
4. Keycloak.
5. Ping Identity.
6. Okta.

You Are / Have:

1. Willingness to constantly learn and progress.
2. Engineering school, university or polytechnic master’s in computer science, Communication Systems, Telecommunication – or similar working/studying experience.
3. At least 3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management Cloud technologies.
4. Understanding of key identity management technologies including authentication and access management.
5. Strong capacity to analyze automation process issues and propose relevant technical solutions.
6. Ability to communicate in both technical and
   - technical ways with clients and colleagues.
7. Rigorous, flexible,
   - resistant, autonomous, and passionate about computer science.
8. Capacity to work in an autonomous way and in a
   - cultural context across regions.
