Responsibilities:

• Define and implement IAM strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and manage identity directories and services.
• Integrate IAM technologies with organizational systems.
• Improve processes and user experiences in IAM.
• Manage access and permissions, with an emphasis on automation.
• Implement controls for authentication and ensure compliance with privacy and audit standards.
• Conduct testing to evaluate IAM solutions and ensure they meet organizational needs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in IAM solution implementation and project management.
• Experience in identifying, assessing, and managing cybersecurity risks.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and
  - solving abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable, and
  - oriented.
