Minimum Requirements

• Higher education in Information Technology;
• Professional experience of more than 4 years in implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions;
• Proven professional experience in project management, particularly of IAM projects;
• Experience in identifying, characterizing and managing cybersecurity risks;
• Knowledge of security technologies and the telecommunications sector is valued;
• Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory);
• Knowledge of English is valued;
• Good communication skills and team spirit;
• Ability to plan, organize and be rigorous;
• Autonomy and proactivity.

Responsibilities

• Define a transversal IAM (Identity and Access Management) strategy, collaborating with the organization's main stakeholders;
• Design, implement and manage directories and identity services;
• Implement the necessary technologies to centrally integrate identity management with the organization's systems;
• Ensure continuous improvement of processes and user experience;
• Implementing application access controls, maintaining and updating directories;
• Manage access and permissions, whenever possible in an automated way;
• Resolving challenges related to IAM solutions, integrations, capabilities or functionalities of the central platform within the scope of authentication;
• Implement and maintain technology to ensure audit and privacy compliance;
• Manage projects and produce the necessary documentation to monitor them;
• Carrying out tests on IAM solutions in order to ascertain which solutions best suit the company's needs and context;
• Contributing, whenever necessary, to the cybersecurity incident management process.
