What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Supporting Dutch-speaking clients: Assist clients via email, phone, and chat, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed quickly and professionally.
2. Resolving client issues: Troubleshoot and resolve client problems, providing clear, helpful, and friendly solutions.
3. Collaborating with internal teams: Work with different departments to resolve complex issues and ensure clients receive the best possible service.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken): As you will be communicating directly with Dutch-speaking clients, fluency is key.
2. Client-focused approach: A genuine passion for providing excellent service and helping clients with their needs.
3. Strong communication skills: Clear, professional, and friendly communication, both written and verbal.
4. Problem-solving mindset: Ability to resolve client issues efficiently and creatively, ensuring a positive experience.
5. Previous client service experience (preferred but not required): Experience in customer service is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
