Human Resources Services Specialist

What you will be doing: Developing and maintaining HR knowledge in relevant local regulations and Company principles, processes, tools and best practices
Supporting Fed
Ex managers in talent recruitment and selection
Supporting implementation and ongoing compliance with HR policies and procedures
Supporting an effective working environment acting as a mediator and advisor in cases of individual and collective employer disputes
Identifying issues or opportunities and developing recommendations for HR Management
Participating in the development of HR Systems that support effective information management and decision making. Supporting HR and Business initiatives driving change and transformation. What do you bring with you: HR Degree / relevant local qualification
Broad knowledge and experience in employee / labour relations
Solid experience in HR Processes, preferably within a large
- paced organization
Exceptional influencing skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels
Good judgement and
- making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise a busy workload
Ability to adjust to evolving processes and maintain focus on essential administrative tasks. A strong proven working knowledge of relevant Labour Legislation. Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in HR functions. Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English What do we offer: Attractive compensation package
