We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to manage key administrative processes, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with regulations. This role will support employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, and HR reporting.

Responsibilities

1. Employee Records & Payroll – Manage employee data in the ERP system, validate payroll inputs, and process salary reviews, entries, and exits.
2. Social Security & Compliance – Register and update employees in the Social Security system (SS) and submit legal reports.
3. Benefits Administration – Handle requests for meal cards, benefits, and work medicine schedules, ensuring timely processing.
4. Leave & Travel Management – Oversee vacation requests, schedule updates, and business travel arrangements.
5. HR Reporting & Documentation – Prepare employment certificates, responsibility terms, mileage reports, and
   - related HR reports.
6. Employee Support – Address HR inquiries, clarify policies, and ensure smooth communication between employees and HR.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or administration.
2. Knowledge of HR systems (ERP), payroll processing, and Social Security regulations.
3. Strong organizational and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
5. Fluency in English.
