Your missions

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

• Provide counseling on policies and procedures to employees and managers.

• Design and execute effective onboarding plans.

• Develop and deliver training and development programs.

• Assist in the performance management process, including appraisals and feedback.

• Address disciplinary and grievance issues with sensitivity and professionalism.

• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and compliance with policies.

Profile Requirement

• You have a Master Degree with a major in HR or equivalence or currently doing the Master

• You have a previous experience in HR field

• You are fluent in English and French, you are eager to work in an international team.

• You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
