POSITION SUMMARY:
The overall responsibility for this role will be provide support for all HR activities and procedures.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, screening resumes, doing interviews, making job offers, and ensuring onboarding,
- Collaborate with universities to ensure efficient and effective trainee programs and job fair participation,
- Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies,
- Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention,
- Suggest and manage employee benefits programs,
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding HR procedures,
- Help to define a strategic human resources policy and procedures,
- Assist the HR Manager Coordinator to provide insights for HR
- making, - Help to validate all documents and information to efficient payroll,
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and legal obligations.
INTERACTIONS & INTERFACES:
- Internally will interact with all the departments,
- Externally will interact with candidates, accounting office and other entities,
- Reports to the Human Resources Coordinator.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Sociology,
- At least 5 years of previous professional experience as HR,
- At least 2 years of experience in Industry and Engineering sector,
- Previous experience with recruitment and onboarding processes,
- Experience with training, employee benefits and performance evaluation subjects,
- Knowledge of Labor Law,
- Knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems are a plus,
- Proficient level of English is mandatory (minimum B2 level),
- Ability to work with MS Office,
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail,
- Excellent verbal communication skills,
- Ability to prioritize,
- task and adapt to change, - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationship,
- Available to work fully presential.
