Our client is one of the biggest international players for global Financial Services. Responsibilities include:

1. Give support to all HR areas;
2. Act as Business Advisor for all the departments;
3. Act as a strategic entry point on HR-related topics for the Head(s) of activities;
4. Manage employees career development;
5. Advise on the recruitment of new joiners;
6. Coordinate internal mobility, expatriation, maternity leave, retirement and exit processes;
7. Develop performance evaluations;
8. Manage the annual compensation review;
9. Promote specific HR initiatives suitable to the business;
10. Coach the business on legal and/or disciplinary issues management;
11. Follow the learning & development path;
12. Deal with all the administrative involved in the HR department.

Profile:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or other relevant field;

More than 6 years of professional experience within similar position, preferentially in a multinational context;

Fluent in English (mandatory);

Team player;

Strong organisation skills;

Strong communication and listening skills.
