Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the resourcing team to fill external vacancies and develop internal talent pipelines.
• Ensure proper management teams are in place to meet staffing needs in each restaurant.
• Coach and develop RGMs and Area Coaches, leading soft skills training and supporting the talent review process.
• Create innovative people development solutions and manage performance reviews.
• Promote values and enhance employee engagement.
• Analyze People Surveys, implement action plans, and manage compensation and benefits to retain staff.
• Co-manage Employee P&L with Area Coaches and address performance and employee relations issues.
• Lead the People Plan Review process, supporting organizational transformation and achieving yearly goals.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR/Social Science

Generalist HR experience

Experience managing a
- site team
