Position Overview:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and
- driven Hub
Spot Specialist to consult and support our clients in optimizing their Hub
Spot portals. You will work closely with diverse clients, providing strategic insights and
- on expertise to enhance marketing and sales processes through Hub
Spot's powerful suite of tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their marketing and sales objectives and challenges.
- Audit and assess clients' existing Hub
Spot portals, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. - Design and implement marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing strategies, and campaign optimizations.
- Develop and implement effective lead scoring models to prioritize
- quality leads for sales teams. - Train and support clients in leveraging Hub
Spot tools, including CRM, email marketing, analytics, and reporting. - Monitor and report on Hub
Spot performance metrics, providing actionable insights to clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored strategies that meet clients' specific needs.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing and sales processes and provide innovative solutions.

Spot features, AI advancements, and industry trends to provide
- edge solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience working with Hub
Spot, preferably in a consulting or
- facing role. - Hub
Spot certifications for Marketing Hub and Sales Hub (required). - Strong understanding of marketing and sales processes, including automation, lead management, and lead scoring.
- Ability to audit and optimize CRM structures and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent
- solving skills and a strategic mindset. - Must have strong written and spoken English skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Experience in utilizing AI tools to support marketing and sales operations (preferable)
