HSE Management Systems Specialist

We have the opportunity for you to join the Corporate Sustainability Team as a Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems Specialist to support the implementation of Greenvolt's Integrated Management System as well as health and safety projects.
The HSE Management Systems Specialist will have the following responsibilities:
• Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of the Health & Safety and Environmental Management System and certification in accordance with the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 on a corporate level, while guaranteeing coordination with local environmental teams from different companies, and other interested parties or internal areas whenever necessary.
• Be the contact person for HSE Management Systems and supports the certification across multiple sites set for the Group and business units.
• Ensure the compliance with the applicable legal requirements and other voluntary requirements, corrective and preventive programs and International Audit Plans.
• Engage with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance and promote best practices.
• Support the different health and safety activities and projects to ensure continuous improvement across different business units (training, work incidents, managing
- conformities, audits, HSE metrics, etc. ).
Profile
• Interest in the renewable energy sector;
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills;
• Previous experience in Health and Safety & area in a corporate and
- site and international environment (mandatory);
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in integrated management systems (ISO 1400 & ISO 45001);
• Professional training in Health and Safety minimum level VI (preferred);
• Able to inspire, support and oversight the international teams;
• Proactive and resilient to cope with difficult situations;
• Driving license and availability to travel;
• Good communication skills in English (mandatory) and Spanish (preferred).
