Job Description:

Unilabs, a leading diagnostic provider in Europe, is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with the HR department and other stakeholders to implement and support Oracle HCM solutions. The HRIS Specialist – Functional Expert is responsible for providing comprehensive support for our Oracle HRIS system with a focus on functional and HR process expertise in Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring professional and timely issue resolution within SLAs.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and requests for Oracle HCM on a global level (e. g. Core HR, Absences, Goals, Compensation) within SLAs or escalating to Application Management Support partner.
2. Deliver
   - level support, especially in the functional area for Oracle HCM, HR processes, user and data management, and data expertise.
3. Proactively identify opportunities for HR processes and system improvements and optimization, and help to implement them; responsible for Oracle HCM NPS score improvements via system enhancements.
4. Manage efficiently tickets escalated to AMS and coordinate internal teams to deliver early issue resolution within SLAs that align with our system setup, security, and HR processes.
5. Perform comprehensive testing of issue fixes and new releases.
6. Collaborate closely with
   - functional and geographical teams to provide excellent support and leverage partnerships to improve our HR processes, data accuracy, and system management.
7. Cooperate with the Knowledge Manager on the creation and maintenance of knowledge management content, identify and raise knowledge gaps, and opportunities for improvements via Oracle Guided Learning, and cooperate in educating our HR Key Users community.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2+ years of
  - on experience in Oracle HRIS administration and support, with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite HR.
• Experience with issue resolution at Tier 1 level in a ticketing tool.
• HR professional experience welcomed to understand HR processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot process and technical issues and implement solutions.
