HRIS Project Controller
The HRIS Project Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial, operational, and administrative aspects of HR Information System (HRIS) projects. This role ensures project targets, timelines, and resource allocations align with business objectives while maintaining compliance with corporate policies. The HRIS Project Controller will collaborate with HR, IT, Group Finance, GBS and external vendors to track project performance and mitigate risks.
What will you do?
The role involves working within a complex corporate environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations. The role deals with financial, operational, and HR-related challenges with many stakeholders (SLT members, Group and Region finance, HR Global and Regional teams)
- Project Financial Management and Data Analysis & Reporting
- Develop the

- year Project target and Plan according to the defined Project Road Map (investment, recurring costs and benefits), - Monitor and control project Targets, ensuring financial discipline and cost efficiency,
- Track project expenditures, forecast costs, prepare landing and report financial performance to key stakeholders,
- Ensure proper allocation of resources and expenses within approved budgets,
- Ensure correct quotation and invoicing approval process flow,
- Coordinate with Project teams to manage vendor invoices, purchase orders, and contract compliance,
- Coordinate with Tax team to ensure the correct invoicing stream is in place with the appropriate
- ups, - Prevent from target’s cost deviation by conducting analysis to identify budget variations and recommend corrective actions,
- Monitor the savings generated in collaboration with the regions.
- Project Planning & Governance
- Assist in risk management by identifying financial and operational risks and recommending mitigation strategies,
- Work with the project owner to maintain accurate project documentation, including financial reports and dashboards,
- Support the project owner with all necessary SLT presentations and any other presentation on the financials,
- Ensure return on investment is tracked and in line with initial business case.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a liaison between HR, Tech Data & Digital, Finance (Group and Regions) to facilitate a smooth project target/forecast setting,
- Provide accurate quarterly updates on project financial status to senior management,
Requirements
- A Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as a financial controller,
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work
- functionally in a
- paced environment. - Proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, data cross checking and investigation skills,
- Excellent
- solving skills and proven ability to make informed decisions, - Preferred knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday, SAP Success
Factors, Oracle HCM, etc. ). - Proficient in speaking and writing in English
