What You’ll Do
Join us in the Projects & Governance team within the Global HRIS organization. Here you will be taking responsibility for the

- end project management and rollout of your own projects. Doing so, you become part of our vibrant culture that emphasizes collaboration, professionalism, and timely project delivery.
More specifically, your key tasks include:
- Manage selected projects including their risks and deadlines.
- Gather business requirements to be implemented in SAP Success
Factors in collaboration with the rest of HR and other business stakeholders. - Implement new functionality by improving existing processes or introducing system support for new processes using HR technology.

- end implementation, test phases, and any required training. - Focus primarily on SAP Success
Factors from a systems perspective. - Work with Local HR teams and Global IT organization as main stakeholders, occasionally involving external vendors.
Ensure compliance on how we collect, use and store data according to EU and local country regulations, adhering to established governance and policies.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information systems, or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with HR concepts and systems, with at least two years of experience in HR-related systems administration, preferably SAP Success
Factors. - Advanced skills in MS Excel are essential, along with proficiency in English (spoken & written).
