Job Description:

As an HR Trainee - Rewards & Benefits, you will support our HR counterparts across Europe with processes related to employee compensation, managing requests, and working in collaboration for process improvements.

In your new role, you will:

Manage
HR requestswithin thescope of Rewards & Benefitsfor
Europe;

Supportprocess improvements;

Be involved inharmonization and automation processes;

Communicatewith
HR partnersin Europe.

You have a proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times. You thrive in an international environment and you are always looking for opportunities to develop your skills.

You are best equipped for this role if you have:

Adegree in Human Resources, Languages, Business Administration, or a similar field;

Good commandof
MS Office Tools(e. g. Outlook, Excel);

Affinitytowards
HR Tools- knowledge of SAP would be a plus;

Good commandof
English. German knowledge would be a plus.
