The purpose of the role is to fully support from a Human Resources locally and as part of Euronext Information Technology business.
The Human Resources Talent Acquisition will be responsible for providing support in various Human Resources functions, which include supporting the Recruitment Plan, managing the RPO with the external provider, preparing and liaising with the HR team on the Administrative process and payroll, and providing
- level guidance to new managers on Euronext HR policies and processes.
It is a
- paced environment, and the candidate is required to have a great appetite for change. Previous experience in supporting the
- up of a new site would be much appreciated.
Key Accountabilities
The HR Talent Acquisition will provide effective HR support throughout the recruitment cycle and will support all HR matters for the company in Portugal.
The main functions will be:
- Coordinate all aspects of recruitment processes (screening, job descriptions, search, selection)
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure all HR documents are in place and in line with current legislation and group policy
- Keep abreast of employment law in Portugal
- Provide support in
- hoc HR processes - Manage disciplinary procedures
For this position, we require a 5+ years experienced professional with a strong background in a generalist HR role. The candidate must have experience in stakeholder management, must be able to work independently, and have a good working knowledge of employment law in Portugal.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience of 5 years in similar functions within Human Resources
- Previous experience in the recruitment of IT profiles and setting up a new site
- Service-focused with strong interpersonal skills, proactive, loyal, and dynamic
- Autonomous without being independent. Mature attitude with the ability to work remotely from direct leadership.
- Rigorous and organized - Ability to manage priorities
- Self-starter – able to show creativity, ownership, and tenacity
- Ability to handle complexity across functional borders in a matrix organization
- Adaptability in a highly moving and
- growing environment - Graduation in Human Resources, Work and Social Psychology, or Management
