HR Regulatory Reporting Senior Officer
About the job
- As part of the HR Regulatory team, we have a diverse set of stakeholders worldwide, from heads of HR to Business Managers. This requires the person who joins the team to have a diverse skill set.
Your Main Activities Are
- Verification of requirements for the regulated staff, namely Associated Persons
- declaration and Background checks. - Managing and holding calls with stakeholders to assess needs.
- Escalation of issues of potential
- compliance requirements of the regulated staff. - Managing the regulated staff population in a BNPP tool and providing feedback on the improvements of the tool.
- Ensuring annual mandatory certification for AMF and/or MIFID2 populations, by interacting with the external provider and managing the process internally.
- Performing extractions and reporting on the progress and completion of the population in the scope.
- Performing the required checks and controls.
- Handling IG requests for HR scope, by performing extractions from HR tools.
- Ensuring rigorous data quality in all files.
- Participating in upcoming projects.
- Performing controls on other required processes.
Profile and Skills to Success
- Degree in Management, Legal, or Human Resources.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Compliance, or other relevant fields.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power
Point, among others). - Attention to detail.
- Results and delivery focus, especially during change with customer satisfaction in mind.
- Good communications and interpersonal skills required.
- Strong Team Spirit.
- Capacity to manage priorities.
- Sense of confidentiality.
