About the Job

This role will support the Global PMO on the ITO HR programs: Tech Graduates, Experts For Tomorrow (EFT), Galileo and Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) with the following tasks:

Your Main Activities Are

1. Ensure the good implementation and roll out of the programs across regions
2. Elaborate global decks with a high level of accuracy and specific attention to metrics
3. Manage various communities by ensuring their commitment in the program
4. Perform regular follow up with Grads/Experts to assess their involvement in the program
5. Define & implement development programs (trainings and certifications)
6. Be a driving force in proposing events for the communities within your scope
7. Leveraging existing HR tools, define and produce dashboards with relevant metrics to monitor the evolution of the population in scope

Profile and Skills to Success

1. Bachelor’s degree preferably from a Business School/University with Business diplomas
2. Up to 5 years of experience with an HR consulting background preferred
3. Fluency in English is required
4. Strong project management skills
5. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across geography and functions
6. Strong ability to manage your own workload by setting priorities and meeting challenges with energy
7. Proven strong analytical skills and problem solving
8. Data-driven
9. High level of PPT skills
10. Demonstrated adaptability and resiliency
11. Innovative and curious
12. Ability to work well under pressure in a
    - paced,
    - oriented environment
13. Proficiency with Microsoft OS including Word, Power
    Point, but particularly with Excel.
