Introduction to Role:
3 core pillars of the HR Programs Leader role:
- Global HR programs and projects management
- Learning & Development, including LMS platform, learning & development approach
- Employee engagement, including platform engagement CCR approach
Drive and manage planning and supervise execution of global HR programs and projects management for various topics such as the major HR programs (employee life cycle), regional or global HR-related projects, change and transformation initiatives, digitalization/new tools and systems as well as people process and practices continuous improvement.
Designing, implementing and overseeing comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with our global business objectives. Oversee the overall CCR L&D agenda, acting as central point of contact for the various functions with L&D agenda. Digitalization and synergy builder.
Responsible for developing and implementing global employee engagement initiatives and systems that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The scope includes Diversity & Inclusion elements, such as establishing employee resource groups, D&I approach. Digitalization and synergy builder.
To achieve the role mission, the job holder will be partnering closely with relevant HR and
- HR stakeholders to plan & execute ongoing projects, with a focus on simplification, standardization and automation of practices and processes to full maturity, ensuring improvements are deployed. Tracking of project success, milestones and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience with workforce management and planning would be a desired plus.
Responsibilities
- Act as lead for major HR programs and projects, improvement initiatives and projects at regional level.
- Ensure oversight of annual HR programs (various HR disciplines from comp & ben to L&D)
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and lead
- disciplinary project team members, including HR professionals and external vendors where required. Develop detailed project plans, timelines and key accountabilities. - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues and risks and ensure progress communication to stakeholders (including cost, outcomes, progress).
- Conduct
- project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement. - Ensure successful adoption of change, providing key stakeholders with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully adapt to a new process/change/set up.
- Develop and execute global learning and development strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR and senior CCR leadership to identify and address learning needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in regional or global project management in HR, Learning & Development and Employee engagement disciplines.
- Strong leadership and team skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously, in a
- paced, dynamic environment. - Consulting approach with an ownership mentality, ability to make sound decisions.
- Build ethical, positive and effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders involved in projects.
- Understand the centers of influence and the dynamic of this key stakeholder group to effectively navigate the landscape, resolve differences and target the right people at key decision & implementation points.
- Drive action plans to deliver progress and proactively with a focus on digitalization.
Requirements
- Recognized as a reliable and strong leader & partner/consultant in a corporate environment, with a passion for people, projects, process, and for process improvements in various disciplines of Human Resources.
- Significant and relevant experience managing HR projects (e. g +10 years), together with practical application of process improvement using project/change management methodologies.
- Proven Project Management skills, experience leading/managing large scale projects and / or solving complex business problems with scalable solutions.
- Must be a
- oriented change agent, leveraging strong interpersonal and influencing skills to collaborate and facilitate positive dialogue with various levels and areas of the organization. - Ability to think strategically considering the broader business implications, enterprise dependencies, with an awareness of the up/downstream requirements and/or impacts and any cost implications.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to assist others in understanding new projects, new processes, and influencing them to try new ways of doing business.
- Experience project documentation, assessing useful key metrics, critical & analytical thinking,
- Ability to work in a
- paced environment, adjusting priorities as business needs change and adept at managing multiple workstreams/projects. - Travel activity: less than 20%, as per role requirements
