We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist willing to accept new challenges on our Closer team.

Your Impact:

• Provide essential administrative support to the HR department
• Organize and manage digital and physical documents efficiently
• Monitor and update different databases and internal platforms
• Assist in reviewing and updating internal policies and documentation
• Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries with clarity
• Prepare and analyze information to support HR management
• Execute operational tasks that contribute to the department's success

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum level of secondary education (12th grade)
• Previous experience in Human Resources (preferred)
• At least 1 year's experience in a similar administrative role (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
• A proactive and
  - solving mindset
• A
  - oriented approach with a passion for collaboration
• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve objectives efficiently
• High sense of responsibility, ethics, and professionalism
• Resilience and strong time management skills
