What You Do
- Developing and implementing HR projects: This includes the Action Plan for the Wellbeing Survey, Training programs, digitization of the department (digital employee files), job descriptions, evaluation interviews, recruitment strategy, and onboarding processes to contribute to the achievement of the department’s predetermined objectives.
- Follow-up of absenteeism: Monitoring and managing employee absenteeism.
- First point of contact: Serving as the initial contact for time registration, the recruitment tool (HRO), and the payroll processing office.
- Employee communication: Informing employees about the context, actions of the HR department, and company results to foster a sense of unity and belonging, thereby enhancing employee satisfaction.
- Recruitment, payroll administration, and training: Overseeing these areas to provide optimal service to employees.
- Point of contact for
- related questions: Addressing queries about work and implementing social legislation to identify and resolve problem areas promptly. - Support and advice: Assisting other business units and advising department managers to help them in their roles as communicators and to improve the quality of internal communication at all levels.
- Professional knowledge maintenance: Keeping professional knowledge

- up: Managing reporting tasks such as FTE and CSRD. - HR support for our office in Alaço and Lisbon.
Who You Are
- You have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with a focus on project management and employee relations.
- Strong ability to manage and implement HR projects from start to finish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inform and engage employees at all levels.
- Proactive in identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
- Familiarity with HR software (e. g. , HRO) and payroll systems.
- Knowledge of Social Legislation.
- Empathetic, Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in managing HR records and reporting.
- Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, working well with other departments and managers.
- Committed to keeping your professional knowledge current and applying it effectively.
