About The Job
We are seeking a proactive and
- oriented HR Officer to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while supporting critical HR and administrative functions. You will be managing a diverse range of tasks related to health & safety, talent acquisition, and HR administration. Furthermore, office administration related responsibilities might arise in consultation with the site manager.
Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, including maintaining records and reporting incidents
- Conduct periodic workplace safety checks and coordinate any necessary improvements
Tech Visas
- Act as the point of contact for the Tech Visa process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Manage visa applications and renewals, liaising with local authorities and ensuring timely processing
- Provide guidance to employees on
- related queries and documentation
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the talent acquisition process from A to Z by coordinating & conducting interviews, managing job postings, and sourcing candidates as well as making job offers. We use Greenhouse as our ATS
- Assist in onboarding processes to ensure new hires have an impeccable start at the company

HR Administration
- Work closely together with HRBP EMEA South and assist in HR administration tasks such as:
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with local labor laws
- Handling employee documentation, including contracts, amendments, and terminations
- Assisting in managing employee benefits programs, including enrollments and changes
- Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding compensation and benefits queries, escalating complex matters to the HRBP when needed
- Language: C2-level Portuguese speaker with strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or similar areas of expertise
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Portuguese labor laws, health & safety regulations, and visa processes
- Skills:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and
