ROLE:
- Full 360-degree management of the HR department.
- Manage and supervise recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the hiring of top talent that fits the startup culture.
- Oversee payroll administration, including salaries and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, including contract management, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.
- Manage employee requests and inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to promote employee growth.
- Develop and implement HR policies that promote a positive, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
- Lead strategic HR initiatives to support company growth and objectives, such as talent management, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in startups or
- growing companies. - Deep knowledge of HR best practices and legal obligations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with payroll software, Primavera (or similar).
