Siemens GBS (Global Business Services) is looking for a Demand Manager preferably with an HR or IT systems background and experience with integrations of
- SAP/Cloud-based Saa
S solutions. The position will have project management elements, so any practice in this field would also be very advantageous.

You’ll make a difference by:

1. Managing the relationship with customers regarding their new demands (projects, system enhancement requests & incidents, etc. )
2. Capturing and analyzing new demands and ensuring structured and high quality of demand’s scope and specification in order to have a consistent basis for estimation and scheduling of the implementation.
3. Leading HR topics with a strong focus on IT strategy & transformation,
   - 2-end processes, and integrations.
4. Coordinating/managing global landscape and identifying
   - topic dependencies.
5. Coordinating/managing integrations with
   - SAP/Cloud-based Saa
   S solutions, i. e. , Workday.
6. Consulting HR and support functions in the optimization and harmonization of business processes.
7. Handling local activities to support HR with integrating solutions into the Siemens IT landscape, including cybersecurity.

You’ll build on your existing expertise, including:

1. A passion for customer focus and putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.
2. Significant experience in HR and/or IT systems.
3. Ability to work in a
   - paced environment and adapt to change.
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands/projects simultaneously.
5. Experience and motivation to work in an international setup.
6. Communication skills and the ability to be clear and concise in all communication.
7. Teamwork with a bias towards virtual collaboration.
8. Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
9. Experience in projects or willingness to step into project management responsibilities is essential.
