As a HR Generalist trainee, you will support the HR department in various administrative and People & Culture related tasks. You will report to head of department and will get
- on experience in all HR operations and gain insights into payroll, recruiting, employee development & engagement.

• Updating Employee Records: Maintain and update internal databases with new employee information, such as contact details and employment forms.
• Talent Acquisition
• Posting Job Ads: Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms and remove them once vacancies are filled.
• Screening Resumes: Review resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for job vacancies.
• Scheduling Interviews: Organize interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Learning and Development
• Mandatory Training Plan: Help to coordinate all activities to guarantee the accomplishment of the mandatory training plan.
• Development Training: Assist in the definition and implementation of the Learning and Development activities, including training evaluation.
• Assist with all other L&D policies: Körber Employee Dialogue, Global Succession and Potential Program.

• Degree or Master Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, or Sociology.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
