About The Role
Terms: Permanent Contract / Full-Time 40h weekly
Salary: Annual Gross 23, 000 - 25, 000 DOE Euros (inclusive of 2 holidays Allowances)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist with 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking support, providing a friendly and approachable presence.
As an HR Generalist, you will assist in various administrative tasks, from maintaining our HR system to helping coordinate employee medical examinations. You will play a key role in preparing reports and supporting learning and development initiatives, making a real impact on our team’s growth and success.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGEmployee Support:
- Managing general inquiries and providing HR administrative support via the ticketing system, ensuring requests are addressed and redirected as needed.
Administrative Support:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the HR department, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with legal standards.
- Maintain HR files and documentation, helping to keep employee information accurate and up to date.
- Assisting in the preparation of employee certifications as required.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Assist in the organisation of occupational health examinations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining

- date records. - Help organise administrative processes related to HR matters, including training.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
- Support the collection and updating of necessary documents for compliance with labour legislation.
Learning and Development Administration:
- Support the coordination of training and development activities, assisting in the administration of training sessions.
HR Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present HR reports, providing insights and recommendations to drive informed
- making.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR qualifications or knowledge is essential, but Business or Administrative qualifications combined with HR knowledge (acquired through team management, for example) will also be considered.
- Ideally 2 years of experience in administrative roles within Human Resources.
- Knowledge of employment law.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
- Excellent client service skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding support.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a
- paced environment. - Familiarity with HR software and systems.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
