We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist!

Tasks:

1. Delivering the best employee experience during all HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employees enquiries);
2. Job posts on different job boards (via a Recruiting tool)
3. Preselection of applicants (most of the time in German, English, French, Spanish - Europe countries)
4. Scheduling interviews
5. Managing of HR Database Management (Workday)
6. Preparation of Onboarding and Offboarding
7. Maintain and update internal HR documentation (transfer/promotion letters, contract changes, etc. )
8. Written Certificates (“Arbeitszeugnisse”) mainly for Germany
9. Daily handling of OM topics (ticketing and dispatching)
10. Daily interaction and cooperation with the local HRBPs

1. Fluent in German and in English (mandatory).
2. An additional language (French, Spanish or Italian) would be of significant benefit.
3. Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or other relevant fields
4. Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation laws
5. Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Teams, Word, Excel)
6. Customer Focus: internal & external;
7. Teamwork skills, adaptability and
   - organized.
