Your mission will be…

• Execution of tasks related to Human Resources Administration for Siemens Be
  Ne
  Lux, such as:
• Data and employee lifecycle event management related to internal or external employees (from onboarding to termination);
• Management of employee related organizational structure (cost center, org unit, manager);
• Travel & Expenses audits and user support;
• Front-office HR support to customers (mail & phone).

We are looking for someone with…

• University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields;
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is mandatory;
• Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook);
• Workday and SAP knowledge (strong plus);
• Team player, with a strong customer focus, results and quality orientation;
• Reliability, organization, autonomy and strong communication skills;
• Motivation and resilience;
• Flexibility, multitasking and problem solving orientation;
• Capability to work in an Agile environment.
