Job Description:

We are now looking for an HR Administrative - German Speaker for Airbus GBS.

Responsibilities - your mission

1. Administer and secure PA / time related service requests
2. Collect timesheet data and Personal Administration (PA) information in the system
3. Enter data into SAP or Workday/manage requests to update employees' personal data (data entry, corrections, work schedule, . . ) in Workday
4. Maintain accurate records of documentation and transactions
5. Respond to PA / Time related inquiries and resolving concerns
6. Ensure the archiving of administrative documents through various
   - filing, Google Drive and Workday processes
7. Monitor RPA performance for existing applications

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

1. Previous experience working in Human Resources
2. Fluent in English and mandatory German (conversation)
3. Experience in SAP, Workday & Google Suite (preferential)
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Detail-oriented
6. Versatility to work with different technical tools
7. Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance
8. Results oriented, with a logical approach to completing tasks
9. Ability to work with minimal supervision and using own initiative
10. Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude in all areas
11. Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
12. Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
13. Excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized and have a flexible approach
