HR Admin - French Speaker
We are now looking for an HR Admin - French Speaker for Airbus GBS.
Responsibilities - your mission
- Support the Reward Operations department and ensure quality and robust data in Excel file from Google form Long Service Award.
- Ensure for each Long Service Award there is a diploma or attestation from prefecture; if not, revive employees to complete their demands.
- Archive attestation and diploma in Drive shared with Reward Operations.
- Send two times per year Excel file with data to allow Reward Operations to calculate and integrate Long Service Award.
- Provide level 1 support to employees on Long Service Award topics through Service
Now. - Have regular meetings with Reward Operations focal points to follow Long Service Award topics and cascade issues if needed.
- Receive the sick leave certificate and analyze the types of sick leave (sickness leave, maternity leave, work accident, …).
- Register the sick leave certificate of employees in SAP.
- Archive the sick leave certificates according to the defined process (GDPR data).
- Monitor salary certificates, follow up and resolve anomalies.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
- Mandatory fluency in French.
- Previous experience working in Human Resources.
- Knowledge in SAP, Workday & Google Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines.
- Results orientated, with a logical approach to completing tasks.
- Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance.
- Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude in all areas.
- Versatility to work with different technical tools.
