We are now looking for an HR Admin - French Speaker for Airbus GBS.

Responsibilities - your mission

1. Support the Reward Operations department and ensure quality and robust data in Excel file from Google form Long Service Award.
2. Ensure for each Long Service Award there is a diploma or attestation from prefecture; if not, revive employees to complete their demands.
3. Archive attestation and diploma in Drive shared with Reward Operations.
4. Send two times per year Excel file with data to allow Reward Operations to calculate and integrate Long Service Award.
5. Provide level 1 support to employees on Long Service Award topics through Service
   Now.
6. Have regular meetings with Reward Operations focal points to follow Long Service Award topics and cascade issues if needed.
7. Receive the sick leave certificate and analyze the types of sick leave (sickness leave, maternity leave, work accident, …).
8. Register the sick leave certificate of employees in SAP.
9. Archive the sick leave certificates according to the defined process (GDPR data).
10. Monitor salary certificates, follow up and resolve anomalies.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

1. Mandatory fluency in French.
2. Previous experience working in Human Resources.
3. Knowledge in SAP, Workday & Google Suite.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines.
6. Results orientated, with a logical approach to completing tasks.
7. Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance.
8. Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
9. Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude in all areas.
10. Versatility to work with different technical tools.
