A lovely family based in the Estoril area is looking for an experienced and proactive House Manager to join their household. The family consists of two adults, two children, and a friendly dog.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the smooth daily running of the household
2. Managing schedules, appointments, and household staff (if any)
3. Coordinating maintenance and liaising with service providers
4. Assisting with organization, shopping, and errands
5. Light pet care for the family dog
6. Ensuring the home is
   - presented and welcoming

Ideal Candidate:

1. Proven experience in a similar role (household management, PA, or
   - level housekeeping)
2. Highly organized and
   - oriented
3. Discreet, trustworthy, and proactive
4. Pet-friendly and comfortable around children
5. Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
6. Based near Estoril or with easy access to the area

Schedule & Conditions:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional flexibility appreciated)

• Competitive salary based on experience
