PEOPLECONQUEST – HR is recruiting for one of our clients, an International River Cruise Company operating globally.

Position: Hotel Manager

Job Description: The Hotel Manager is responsible for coordinating, supporting, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with company standards, while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Uphold and practice company values;
2. Manage the entire hotel department;
3. Lead and motivate the crew, particularly management staff;
4. Oversee
   - in and
   - out procedures;
5. Supervise general administrative duties across all departments;
6. Manage budget and costs effectively;
7. Collaborate with the nautical department and the company’s regional offices;
8. Address and resolve any concerns from both guests and crew.

Skills/Qualifications:

1. A diploma from a hotel school or equivalent education is preferred;
2. Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star restaurant and/or hotel;
3. Cruise ship experience is a plus;
4. Proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities;
5. Strong organizational and computer skills;
6. Fluency in English is essential.
