We are looking for a Hightouch Tool Manager to optimize the use of this tool within our company, ensuring smooth data management and transfer, primarily from Databricks. You will be responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining Hightouch, and managing the relationship with the technology provider. As the Hightouch expert, you will work closely with technical, marketing, product, and data teams to integrate and utilize data, syncing it with various destinations, including Marketo, Linked
In, and SMS channels.

As a Hightouch Tool Manager you will:

1. Configuration and Management of Hightouch: Configure and optimize the tool to meet the company's specific needs, ensure smooth operation, troubleshoot technical issues. Manage access rights and grant access to new users.
2. Data Integration and Performance Tracking: Manage integrations between Databricks and target destinations (Marketo, Linked
   In, SMS), ensure data reliability, and produce comprehensive documentation on integration processes. Make sure creation rules and organization of audiences are followed.
3. Support and Team Training: Provide technical and functional support to internal teams, train end users and Data teams on data management within the tool, and simplify technical concepts to ensure understanding. Provide best practices.
4. Project Management and Prioritization: Maintain a backlog of integration and optimization projects, define priorities in collaboration with relevant teams, and propose a roadmap aligned with strategic objectives.
5. Supplier Relations: Maintain a close relationship with the provider, including contract management and discussions on technical improvements or adjustments.
