HGAM is looking for candidates to reinforce the Team in Lisbon

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Board of HGAM, the candidate will be focused on:

• Leading relationship executive with all corporate and part of the institutional clients of the firm;
• Leveraging his/hers existing relationships to bring in new investors, with a focus on
  -
  - worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional clients, family offices or other significant investors;
• Managing existing client relations;
• Working in partnership with other Haitong Group teams in identifying new clients;
• Augmenting the marketing activity of HGAM to improve corporate and institutional franchise.
• To generate and manage new business projects, working alongside other relevant teams in Haitong Group;
• To meet performance goals according to annually defined KPIs;
• To ensure high and consistent standards in due diligence, onboarding, documenting, intermediating business opportunities (between the client and HGAM’s products and services) with all assigned clients;
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are essential for communicating with a wide variety of people at a high level both inside and outside Haitong Group.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics and/or management;
• 8 -10 years of experience in similar functions;
• Solid understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory environment;
• Knowledge in MS Excel main functions for data processing and MS Powerpoint for performing presentations;
• Knowledge in SQL/VBA will be a plus;
• Fluency in English;
• Dynamism and autonomy;
• Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as a team;
• Positive attitude, organizational commitment and team oriented;
• Ability to work under pressure.
