Regulated by CMVM, we are licensed to manage Discretionary Portfolio Mandates, Alternative Investment Funds and Private Equity funds.

HGAM is looking for candidates to reinforce the Team in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading relationship executive with all corporate and part of the institutional clients of the firm;
• Leveraging existing relationships to bring in new investors, focusing on
  -
  - worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional clients, family offices, or other significant investors;
• Managing existing client relations;
• Working in partnership with other Haitong Group teams to identify new clients;
• Augmenting the marketing activity of HGAM to improve corporate and institutional franchise;
• Generating and managing new business projects, collaborating with relevant teams in Haitong Group;
• Meeting performance goals according to annually defined KPIs;
• Ensuring high and consistent standards in due diligence, onboarding, documenting, and intermediating business opportunities with all assigned clients;
• Excellent communication and diplomacy skills are essential for interacting with a wide variety of people at a high level both inside and outside Haitong Group.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, and/or management;
• 8-10 years of experience in similar functions;
• Solid understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory environment;
• Knowledge of MS Excel main functions for data processing and MS Power
  Point for performing presentations;
• Knowledge of SQL/VBA will be a plus;
• Fluency in English;
• Dynamism and autonomy;
• Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as a team;
• Positive attitude, organizational commitment, and
  - oriented;
• Ability to work under pressure.
