Job Description:

In this role, you will review and moderate business content posted on Social Media, specifically for the Hebrew market, helping to build a better experience for our users.

Responsibilities

1. Review and moderate online content posted on the Hebrew market.
2. Ensure that all information uploaded by users follows the guidelines based on the client’s policies.
3. Become and remain knowledgeable about policies and community standards.
4. Provide and follow best practices to better achieve client’s KPIs.
5. Use learned knowledge to propose improvement ideas, either internal or external.
6. Maintain
   - level written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew (mandatory).
7. Be a natural fast learner to develop your skills within a short period of time.
8. Demonstrate fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
9. Distinguish
   - beliefs from moderated content and policies.
10. Exhibit empathy, motivation, and a positive attitude.
11. Handle high volumes of online content.
12. Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts, from Monday to Sunday (mandatory).
13. Hold European Citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
