Description

You will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and monitoring of compliance with Tower Company Health and Safety Standards and local regulations, in order to ensure the safety of employees, contractors, and Site Assets in the German Market.

Key responsibilities:

1. Implement and monitor Key H&S programs to ensure a safe working environment in the office and telecom sites.
2. Establish and maintain the H&S interface with key
   - risk suppliers to ensure that requirements are clearly communicated, delivered against, and reported on.
3. Conduct regular supplier onsite audits and ensure that adequate risk assessments and control measures are in place.
4. Lead investigations into safety incidents, document findings, and follow up on actions contributing to continuous improvement in safety practices.
5. Collaborate across markets with other H&S leads to share best practices.

Risk assessments, German language, Safety standards, Safety practices, Continuous improvement programs, Regulations.
