Overview of tasks:

1. Providing mentorship, guidance and career development to our wellbeing counselors team
2. Identifying actionable insights, suggestions and recommendations for more effective teamwork
3. Strategy development based on industry research and quantitative analysis of wellbeing initiatives
4. Provide strategic vision to develop and manage our wellbeing program for our teams
5. Establishing team goals, motivating and working with direct reports on strategies for results
6. Attendance to and presenting our wellbeing concepts at internal, industry and client events
7. Acting as the wellbeing team's single point of contact for account leaders
8. Partnering with global and
   - functional teams to develop scalable global solutions

What we expect:

1. Proven experience in leading a team across multiple countries or relevant people management
2. Experience in a customer care organization, preferably in a BPO environment
3. Experience in process development and improvement as well as experience in project
   - outs and launches
4. Successfully completed master's degree in Health or Clinical Psychology
5. Licensure or equivalent state authorization to provide treatment in Germany
6. 3 years of experience in psychological counseling, psychotherapy and leading group services
7. Capacity to provide consultation to both internal and external stakeholders
8. Organizational skills and structured way of working, high ability to prioritize
9. Ideally experienced in leading and implementing strategic wellbeing programs
10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
11. Creativity and ability to think out of the box
12. Enthusiasm and ability to motivate a team
13. High level in English (min. C1)
