We are currently looking for Head Waiters to join our team!

This role will be responsible for

• Perform customer service;
• Assist at distribution of tasks through all room staff;
• Verify service room mise-en-place;
• Daily transmit service specifications;
• Receive and direct clients to their tables;
• Advise customer on what to choose from the menu;
• Managing the schedules, shifts and vacations of the room staff;
• Manage all team issues;
• Other responsibilities associated with the role.

About you

• Previous experience in similar roles in luxury environments;
• Excellent team management skills;
• Deep focus on customer service and service standards;
• Excellent communication skills and empathy;
• Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus).
