Our client, a leading software development and digital solutions provider, is seeking an experienced Head of Workforce Management and Business Intelligence to join their team in Bucharest. In this senior role, you will lead and manage teams focused on workforce management and business intelligence, driving performance and ensuring efficient scheduling and
- driven
- making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise, mentor, and coach teams to optimize workforce efficiency and business intelligence practices.
2. Implement workforce management strategies and processes, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
3. Predict staffing demands to ensure the right skills are available at the right time.
4. Oversee the use of advanced scheduling tools (UKG, Virtual Roaster, Dimensions) and ensure smooth time and attendance tracking.
5. Identify trends, and present insights to senior management, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Work closely with other teams to align workforce management strategies with overall company objectives.
7. Uphold company standards, continuously improve processes, and ensure compliance with Romanian labor law.

What You’ll Bring:

1. Strong interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
2. At least 3 years in a similar senior workforce management or business intelligence role.
3. Proven ability to manage and develop
   - performing teams in dynamic environments.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power
   Point) and workforce management systems.
5. Experience in the i
   Gaming or Live Casino industry is advantageous but not required.
