About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and visionaryHead of User Experience (UX) to lead the design strategy and execution for our enterprise marketing application portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring adelightful, seamless, and
- friendly experience across our suite of products, driving user engagement and business value.
As the Head of UX, you willshape the future of our user experience, working
- functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create intuitive interfaces and
- driven design solutions. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a
- performing UX team while fostering a culture of innovation and
- centric design!
Key Responsibilities
UX Strategy & Leadership
- Define and drive theUX vision and strategy across our enterprise marketing applications.
- Advocate for
- centered design principles while aligning UX priorities with business goals. - Partner withproduct, engineering, and marketing teams to create cohesive and scalable design systems.
User Experience & Design Excellence
- Lead thedesign and implementation of intuitive,
- driven user experiences. - Overseeend-to-end UX processes, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Develop and maintain adesign system to ensure consistency across applications.
- Drive innovation, follow UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate in Kantar product plans as appropriate.
- Collaborate with Product Development staff to optimize product functionality on new and existing products.
User Research & Data-Driven Insights
- Driveuser research initiatives, leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to enhance usability.
- Collaborate with analytics and product teams tomeasure UX effectiveness and iterate based on user feedback.
- Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusivity in all UX efforts.
- Ensuring designs comply with international standards and regulations.
Team Building & Mentorship
- Build, lead, and mentor a
- performing UX design team. - Foster aculture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring UX remains at the forefront of product development.
- Advocate for best practices in UX, usability, and accessibility across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience inUX/UI design, with at least3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience designingenterprise applications, ideally in the marketing, Saa
S, or B2B space. Submitting a portfolio is beneficial. - Strong expertise inuser research, usability testing, and
- driven design. - Proficiency inFigma or similar UX design tools.
- Experience working inagile product development environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability tocommunicate design rationale effectively.
- Passion foruser-centered design and accessibility best practices.
- Experience building and managinghigh-performing UX teams.
- Expertise in Data Visualization and Analytics Dashboards is a plus.
- Experience with designs of Gen AI applications is a big plus.
