About The Role
As Head of Sales Portugal, you will lead the commercial team in the country, acting as the bridge between the company’s macro strategy and daily operations. Your mission will be to structure, lead, and drive the sales team, ensuring the adoption of the best commercial strategies to achieve and exceed growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team in Portugal, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Define and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company’s global vision and objectives.
- Translate strategic directives into concrete actions for the local market, ensuring effective execution and impact.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations, to ensure an efficient and aligned sales process.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize processes.
- Manage and expand the client portfolio, strengthening relationships with strategic partners.
- Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Ensure the adoption of best sales and negotiation practices, while leading training and team development initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in technology, events, payments, or Saa
S industries. - Ability to translate strategic vision into effective operational actions.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing sales teams and developing talent.
- Analytical mindset with experience in

- making. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Advanced English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
