KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure compliance with Ground
   Link’s health and safety policies and local regulations.
2. Improve risk identification and control processes, developing policies and safe working procedures.
3. Lead investigations of major incidents and accidents, ensuring corrective measures are implemented.
4. Promote a transparent and fair reporting culture across the organization.
5. Drive a "safety first" culture and support the Safety Department across the network.
6. Conduct performance reviews, identify risks, and enhance aviation health and safety practices.
7. Represent Ground
   Link in industry forums and maintain strong communication with airline customers.
8. Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with enforcement agencies when required.
9. Stay updated on company and airline policies, ensuring staff training aligns with required standards.

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE THE CANDIDATE WILL NEED:

1. Knowledge of Safety Management & Risk Management Systems.
2. Available to travel throughout our European Network.
3. A team player with a positive attitude.
4. Customer focused with the ability to communicate at all levels.
5. Ability to work independently to a high standard.
6. Ability to work quickly and to a tight schedule in a busy operational environment.
