Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage regulatory strategies for compliance across national and international markets.
• Oversee market access processes, including obtaining licenses and ensuring regulatory conformity for satellite communications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on spectrum licensing, regulatory submissions, and RF spectrum strategy.
• Monitor global regulatory trends, track public consultations, and engage in relevant working groups to keep the company ahead of industry changes.
• Represent Connected in interactions with regulatory bodies, policymakers, and international organizations to advocate for company interests.
• Provide strategic regulatory support for business development teams, assessing market entry conditions and compliance frameworks.
• Conduct spectrum sharing and licensing studies to support business and operational goals.
• Lead compliance efforts related to certification, spectrum access, and operational regulations for satellite communications.
• Ensure company policies align with legal and regulatory frameworks, mitigating risks and maximizing business opportunities.

Skills and Experience

Required:

• Proven experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or licensing, ideally within the telecommunications or space industry.
• Strong expertise in regulatory strategy, market access, and RF spectrum management.
• Excellent analytical,
  - solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging with regulatory bodies.
• Knowledge of global regulatory trends in satellite communications and Io
  T connectivity.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Experience with
  - lifecycle regulatory compliance, from application to approval.
• Hands-on experience with spectrum licensing or ITU filings.
• Ability to work with technical and business teams to align regulatory requirements with corporate strategy.
