GBS PS (Project Management Services & Transformations) mission is to support organizations in terms of advisory, management and implementation of transformation projects, including M&A, process optimization, and digitalization, on a global level. We bridge the gap between a conceptual strategic consulting approach and hands‑on operational implementation to deliver measurable results.

Your mission will be…

• Head of Project Services & Transformations (PS) WEA: develop and drive a business strategy for profitable growth, combining it with action plans for sustainable improvement. With your extensive expertise and a holistic consulting approach, you will help our clients effectively implement and further develop our service offerings.
• Consult with executives, department heads, and various key stakeholders to align goals, make improvements, and strategize.
• Coordinate sales activities locally/regionally and with HQ function.
• Predict and identify the skills matrices the team will require to meet customer demand, effectively maintaining the proper utilization of team members.
• Enable a culture of trust and
  - performance by motivating the full potential of the team and assisting in their professional growth.
• Influence and leverage collaboration within a globally networked organization to deliver competitive offerings to customers.
• Review
  - related financial reports and take appropriate actions to meet business targets.
• Through continuous analysis, identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and the quality of methods and processes used.
• As an advocate for our Global Business Service, identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth and evolution of our service offerings.

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field is required; Master’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
• More than 10 years of extensive knowledge and experience in managing large complex projects, in consulting, and/or service business.
• Experience in leading/coaching a team of direct reports.
• Deep analytical skills.
• Ideally, have Siemens and/or industry (consulting) experience, able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all management levels.
• Flexible and open to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%.
• Experienced in both traditional and agile project management methodologies and ideally hold relevant certifications (e. g. , PM@Siemens, IPMA, PMI, Prince2, Scrum, or SAFe).
• Proactive,
  - driven,
  - oriented, and able to work in a
  - paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; German would be a plus.
