What will you do?

As a Head of Production you will lead a creative team, ensuring effective collaboration and efficiency in content production. Your responsibilities include developing timelines, managing priorities to ensure
- time delivery, and communicating with the client to gather feedback. You will oversee the creation of videos, animations, and graphics, making sure they align with project goals and meet
- quality standards. In short, you'll be responsible for leading the team and ensuring the timely delivery of
- quality content that satisfies the client's needs.

Who are we looking for?

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You possess a strong medical background, ideally with experience as a nurse, doctor, or in another healthcare profession, and are comfortable with medical terminology and processes.

- You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing both team dynamics and client relationships effectively.

- You are a natural leader who can inspire and organize a newly formed, diverse creative team.

- You have corporate experience and understand corporate workflows and processes.

- You are
- savvy and open to working with tools like Zoho and exploring AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows.
