Your Roles And Responsibilities:

1. Provide sustainable Production process within required Quality and standard time.
2. Implement Work Standards at Production processes.
3. Establish Continuous improvement at Production in line with MPS.
4. Safety & Ergonomics at Production area.
5. Quality products.
6. SMED.
7. 5S.

Your Skills And Strengths:

1. 10+ years Automotive and/or Quality and/or Management experience.
2. Experience deploying Standard Work.
3. Functional Expertise to implement MPS.
4. Electronics & Mechatronics Product
   - how.
5. Experience in team management.
6. Deep understanding of PDP package.
7. Deep Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001.
8. Communication skills for internal and external interfaces.
9. Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations.
10. Ability to work efficiently within a matrix management organization.
11. Ability to positively influence others without direct authority in efforts to move assigned tasks forward.
12. Persistence and perseverance.
