T.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive traceability and efficiency of all departments following the priorities agreed upon by the CEO and the executive team.
• Support the CEO in setting and implementing the overall strategy of the company and in
  -
  - day operations, by making sure the rules set by the CEO are correctly implemented, followed and monitored.
• Provide decision support with research, analysis, and synthesis necessary to the
  - making process of the CEO and management team.
• Oversee company operations and productivity, building the processes that ensure team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met and culture is followed.
• Ensure that KPIs are met in areas such as Revenue/Sales Support, Delivery/Project Management, Working Capital, and Business Continuity.
• Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process improvement.
• Proactively identify company priorities that require senior leadership focus.
• Distill discussions and thoughts from team meetings into actionable agenda points to then bring to the CEO to decide priorities to act upon.
• Oversee operations, accounting, and partner with CEO and CSO / CMO / CRO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for
  - term growth targets.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Be a reliable stopgap across the company and familiar with internal operations across departments.
• Ensure that the Mission, Vision, and Principles are properly reflected in the processes set and followed by the organization.

The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience as a Head of Operations, Operations Director, or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business management, financial management, and strategic planning.
• Experience with data analysis and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
