Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the excellent condition of assets.
• Lead warehousing and inventory management.
• Oversee commissioning and testing of new projects.
• Manage
  - sales activities and defect resolution.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Field.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• 10-15 years of experience in residential, hospitality, commercial or office assets, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills.
